Return and Exchange Policy
What On Earth strives for excellence in product quality and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your money within 30 days upon receipt of package. To return merchandise you must first notify us via email at info@whatonearth.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number will provide us the information to prepare your return in an efficient manner. We will supply you with the RMA number within 5 business days. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside packaging of your returned shipment.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
All items returned to What On Earth must be in their original packaging, merchandise tag attached, and in unworn condition. ITEMS SHOWING SIGNS OF DAMAGE THROUGH WEAR, ENGRAVING OR ALTERATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THIS IS TO BE DETERMINED AT THE DISCRETION OF WHAT ON EARTH. If evidence is found of the above mentioned, you may request that we repair the item at your cost and return it to you C.O.D. (cash on delivery). What On Earth will not accept C.O.D. deliveries unless authorized by the company.
Note: Rings, cuffs and bracelets will show signs of wear almost immediately.
Returns must be shipped with signature option, enabling both parties to track shipment and confirm delivery dates. It is important NOT to include details indicating the contents within to discourage theft during the shipping process. What On Earth is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items damaged or lost during shipping. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
