How are What On Earth products made?
Every What On Earth piece is created by skilled Canadian jewelers and metalsmiths. The product will go through several inspections to ensure you are receiving the What On Earth standard of quality. What On Earth takes great pride in providing customers with a high quality product that is unique, while reflecting the latest fashion and jewelry trends.
What metal is used?
What On Earth uses the highest quality metals and stones to enhance value and design. These metals are sterling silver (nickel free), 14karat gold, and Argentium sterling silver.
What is the What On Earth Guarantee?
What On Earth will always stand behind our product. We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee towards any manufacturers defect. If you are not fully satisfied with our product you may exchange or request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt.

What are the time estimates to process and Refund or Exchange?
Refunds on merchandise will be processed through Head Office within 3 business days upon arrival of undamaged product, original receipt, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Exchange on merchandise will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of product arrival at What On Earth Head Office. You will receive a tracking number via email.

What do I need to know about ordering rings?
What On Earth rings are offered in regular stock sizes, ranging from size 5-9 for women’s and size 9-12 for men’s. Any ring sizes above regular stock size may increase in price due to the increase in precious metal required. If you would like to order a size that is not currently offered please email us at orders@whatonearth.ca.
It is the customer’s responsibility to order the proper size. For a guide, please refer to online ring sizer in the tools section of the product description page.
Some tips to keep in mind when ordering rings.
A ring size varies with the width of the ring. An 8mm wide ring will fit looser than a 10 or 12mm wide ring.
Finger can swell throughout the day; measure selected finger at different times of the day to truly get an accurate size. Hot or cold weather may also affect your ring size.
I lost one of my earrings. Can I order a single earring?
The What On Earth Studio can recreate any current or past What On Earth Studio design if the materials necessary to produce them are in stock. To create a match and determine price, it is required that you ship the original earring to What On Earth Head Office. All shipping cost will be incurred by the customer.
Product Care
How do I clean and store my What On Earth product(s)?
Your silver jewelry will last for generations with the proper care. To prevent oxidization (discoloration) of your jewelry, store it individually, in an airtight plastic bag. This discolouring naturally occurs when silver reacts with the sulphur or hydrogen sulphide in the air. Oxidization is easily removed with a jewelry polishing cloth, available at What On Earth. Occasionally, you may need to remove soap and/or hand cream residues from your jewelry. Keep your silver items away from harsh household chemicals such as bleach, ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinated water, as these chemicals can damage your silver.
Since Argentium Silver is highly tarnish resistant you may need only to occasionally rinse with warm anitbacterial-free liquid hand soap and wipe with a soft polishing cloth.
Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on when getting dressed and the first thing you take off at the end of the day. This will prevent your jewelry from coming into contact with perfume, hairspray or other cosmetic substances.
What type of payment is accepted on your website?
What On Earth accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and PayPal. All charges will be in Canadian dollars.
Can I purchase items seen at one of your What On Earth retail locations?
In order to keep our website clean and fresh we only post limited collections online. If you would like to purchase a piece that is not displayed online, please contact us at info@whatonearth.ca with the collection details and you will receive response within 2 business days.
Can I order a special length?
Our designs may be customized to your requirements if a special length is required. Please use the comment section at your checkout page to specify any alternative length you require. Price may change based on the length requested, either as a result of more material needed or labour involved in creating the design.
Does What On Earth keep a file of all the purchases made?
Yes. Every transaction made is stored using your name and phone number.
